A prima facie case is a cause of action or defense that is sufficiently established by a party’s evidence to justify a verdict in his or her favor, provided such evidence is not rebutted by the other party. 위의 내용을 해석해 보면 소송에서 주장/방어 시 자신의 주장을 정당화 할 수 있는 충분한 요건을 갖춘 케이스를 의미합니다. 즉, Torts에서 prima facie case of intnetional torts는 Act, Intent, Causation의 요건이..........
