I got a little weight these days. Therefore, I've made up my mind to lose weight for 14Days. I made a plan to loss weight. And then, I'll organize my plan on my Blog to two categories, Work-Out and Diet . So, Let's check about that. 1. How to workout? I recomend "2day split workout". because I think that I don't have enough time And You too. So, 1st day, you can do the "Upper Body Workouts", "Push up" and "Bench press", etc... and then, 2nd day, you can do the "Lower Body Workouts", "Squat" and "Deadlift"..........
