[Windows10] 센토스7(CentOS7) 레포지토리(yum install) 수정으로 다운로드 속도 높이기

레포지토리 주소 변경 아래 파일을 연후 수정 sudo vi /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo 아래 "base"와 "updates"에서 "mirror.kakao.com" 국내 주소로 된것으로 추가하고 이전꺼는 "#" 주석 처리합니다.
