1. ascites 원인 - 가장 흔한 원인은 LC가 많으며 그다음으로는 cancer를 의심해볼 수 있다. 2. Ascite fluid analysis ①fluid 탁함 등을 확인 ②WBC 확인 ③PMN 확인 : 250이상인 경우 -> SBP. - 3세대 cephalosporin을 1차 치료제로 선택 일반적으로 cefotaxime을 하루 2 g씩 8시간마다 IV ④ Serun ascites albumin gradient 확인 [Serum albumin - ascite fluid의 albumin] - SAAG 1.1g/dL 이상 : Cirrhosis, alcoholic hepatitis, heart failure 등 의심 - SAAG 1.1g/dL 미만 : Peritoneal carcinomatosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, pancreatitis 등 의심 LC환자들에서 복부 팽만감은 흔하게 볼 수 있는 경우로, 복수천자만 한 후 귀가..........
