Pneumothorax (기흉) - Ⅰ

1. Pneumothorax 정의 및 증상 - viceral and parietal pleura 사이의 potential space내에 free air발생. - 임상적 증상 : 갑자기 시작된 호흡곤란, 편측의 흉벽통증 (pleuritic chest pain) 호소. - 진단 3가지. ① chest radiography : 아래 그림은 우측 기흉의 예를 든 chest x ray사진이다. ② US. - 환자 상태가 불안정해서 도저히 영상검사를 진행하기 어려운 데 tension pneumothorax가 의심이 되는 경우 초음파 검사도 진행가능. - Pneumothorax의 경우에는 slide sign이 관찰되지 않는다.
