Bell's palsy Diagnosis - 임상증상 및 신체진찰 - 중요한 것은 ear infection stroke과 감별이 가장 중요함. 3. Treatment. - Corticosteroids (모든 환자) -> ex) prednisone 60-80mg daily 7일간. -> 당뇨환자의 경우 고혈당이 생길 수 있다. - Antiviral medication + Steroids combination (severe facial palsy) -> valacyclovir 100mg 하루3번 일주일간 -> acyclovir 400mg 하루4번. 10일간. 4.
