I. DNA-binding Fluorescent Dye를 이용한 Real-time PCR 디자인할 때 고려해야 할 사항. DNA-binding fluorescent dye를 사용하는 Real-Time PCR법은 주로 사용되는 dye들(SYBR Green I 포함)이 비특이적으로 dsDNA에 결합한다.
