안녕하세요. 앵두별 입니다. 오늘은 Statute of Frauds에 대해서 공부해 보도록 하겠습니다. Statute of Frauds("SOF") SOF requires certain types of contract to be in wirting and signed by the party to be charged. The contracts that involves "MY LEGS". The purpose is to prevent fraud and other injury.
