안녕하세요. 앵두별입니다. 오늘은 Criminall Law 과목에서 막상 답을 고르기 막막했던 Robbery의 Attempt 시점에 대해 알아보도록 하겠습니다. Robbery, Attempt Robbery? 우선, Robbery에 대한 기본룰을 살펴보면 아래와 같습니다. Robbery is the 1) trespassory taking and carrying away, 2) of the personal property of another person, 3) in their presence, 4) by the use of force or threat of immediate physical harm, 5) with the intent to permanently deprive the owner of the property. 현재, 미국법을 공부하고 계신분들이라면 위의 나온 요건 5가지를 모두 만족해야 Robbery가 성립된다는 것 정도는 알고 계시리라 생각합..........
