[Criminal Law] Charged or Convicted??

안녕하세요. 앵두별입니다. Criminal Law를 공부하다보면 Charged와 Convicted가 어떻게 다른건지 정확히 이해하지 못하는 경우 정답을 고르기 어려운 경우가 발생하게 됩니다. 그래서 오늘은 Charged와 Convicted의 차이점에 대해서 살펴보도록 하겠습니다. Charged or Convicted 우선 Charged의 의미를 살펴보면 아래와 같습니다. A criminal charge is a formal accusation made by a governmental authority (usually a public prosecutor or the police) asserting that somebody has committed a crime. 즉, 형법에서 Charged 되었다는 의미는 검사나 경찰에 의해서 Defendant가 특정 범죄에 대해 혐의가 있다고 주장되면서 법원의 심판을..........
