안녕하세요. 앵두별입니다. 오늘은 Contracts 과목중 Third-Party Beneficiaries(이하 TPB)에 대해서 살펴보도록 하겠습니다. What is TPB? TPB is the person who is not a party to the contract but able to enforce the contract because the contract was made intended for his benefit by parties. 위 내용을 정리해보면 TPB는 계약 당사자는 아니지만, 계약 당사자들이 TPB에게 Benefit이 생기도록 계약했고, 그 Benefit에 대한 권리가 있는 사람이라고 할 수 있습니다. 이 내용만 봐서는 TPB가 크게 어려울 것 같지 않지만, 아래 내용들이 섞이게 되면 정답을 고르기도 외우기도 어려워 집니다.
