1. Aortic dissection - 어떤 원인에 의해 intima tear 발생. -> pain. - 대부분에서 통증을 호소하며 주로 chest, back pain으로 내원. (보통 sharp한 pain호소) - 분류 -> stanford type A : Ascending aorta 침범 -> stanford type B : Descending aorta 침범 2.
