Introduction Intestinal obstruction은 mechanical obstruction 또는 adynamic ileus로 인해 intestinal tract에 food orbowel contents의 regular passage가 일어나지 않는 것을 뜻한다.Mechanical obstruction은 intrinsic, extrinsic factor에 의해 일어난다.
