Performance Tender Rule The principle that a buyer may reject a seller's goods if the quality, quantity, or delivery of the goods fails to conform precisely to the contract. 쉽게 얘기하면 Perfect Tender Rule("PTR")은 Seller가 계약서상 명시된 수량, 품질, 배송에 맞게 계약을 이행할 것을 요구하고 있으며 그렇지 않으면 Buyer는 계약이 불이행한 것으로 간주하여 물건을 거절할 수 있는 권리가 생기게 됩니다. 여기서 눈치 빠..........
