American Truck Simulator Setup Extra Mobile Dashboard

Ok, a lot of people ask me about my American Truck Simulator / Euro Truck Simulator setup so I will post a detailed posting here. Especially setup instructions for the extra dashboard screen with the speed and RPM.

For starters, I cannot play this game on a small monitor. I tried playing this game panned over multiple monitors, but it wasn't really to my liking either.

For me, this game was best.....
