Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits, 2018 Berthaut-Gerbet는 Fixin의 가장 대표적인 와인 메이커로서 18세기부터 포도밭과 와이너리를 운영하였습니다. 6대째인 1974년에 Vincent과 Denis 형제가 물려받아 Domaine Vincent et Denis로 와이너리를 운영하다 Vincent이 빠지고 Domaine Denis Berthaut로 운영하였습니다. 그뒤 Denis의 딸인 Amelie가 보르도에서 와인양조를 공부하다 돌아와 2013년에 합류를 하면서 Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet라는 이름으로 와인을 생산하고 있습니다.
